Warning Signs & Hazard Signs

The Health and Safety (Safety Signs and Signals) Regulations layout the requirements and specifications for safety signs.

Importantly they state - Where your risk assessment has identified a hazard, and a significant risk still remains after taking remedial action, warnings or further information will be required.

YELLOW (Hazard, danger)

must be used for:

any warning sign requiring care to be taken, take precautions.  Must triangular with black pictogram on yellow or amber background.
